LOS ANGELES RAMS MEMBERSHIP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Terms of Membership

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between the Los Angeles Rams, 
LLC (“LA Rams”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and each individual who purchases or holds a LA Rams membership 
(“Membership”) (“you”, “Member”).
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a Membership. By purchasing a Membership, you 
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this 
agreement, then you may not purchase a Membership. If these Terms are considered an offer, your 
acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Subject to the following Terms, your Membership will entitle you to the benefits of
Membership from receipt of your Membership payment to the expiry of your Membership offer.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals who are:
a) residents of Australia and/or New Zealand; and
b) aged 18 years old or older.
Memberships for individuals under the age of 18 require parental or guardian consent before 
purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any Membership application at our absolute discretion.
3. Membership Benefits and Entitlements
The LA Rams offers two categories of Membership:
a) Premium Supporter Pack, which includes:
i)  1 x LA Rams scarf;
ii) 1 x LA Rams enamel pin;
iii) 1 x LA Rams collector’s mug;
iv) 1 x LA Rams car air freshener;
v) 1 x LA Rams 3-sticker pack; and
vi) 1 x LA Rams ANZ digital Membership card.

b) Standard Supporter Pack, which includes:
i)  1 x LA Rams 3-sticker pack; and
ii) 1 x LA Rams ANZ digital Membership card.
Any entitlements or benefits that form part of a Membership must be taken as offered, are not 
exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any incidental costs relating to the 
benefits or entitlements are the responsibility of the Membership holder.
Memberships will be considered for one (1) year only and are subject to renewal each year.
We reserve the right to refresh or substitute giveaway items, vary Membership benefits, and alter 
the Membership structure from time to time at our absolute discretion.


4. Membership Fees and Payment
The Fee for each Membership category is as follows:
1. Premium Support Pack - $125.00 AUD
2. Standard Support Pack - $15.00 AUD
The cost of each Membership tier is payable in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be made in 
full at the time of purchase by an approved payment method. Membership will not be activated until 
payment has been received in full.
5. Transfer of Memberships and Membership Benefits
Memberships are personal to the Member and are strictly non-transferrable. A Membership cannot be 
sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity, whether in whole or in 
part. Any attempt to do so without our express written authorization may result in immediate 
cancellation of the Membership by us without further notice or refund.
Any benefits obtained by virtue of being a Member (without limitation, tickets and
merchandise) are for the Member’s personal use only, and must not be resold or used for any other 
commercial purposes.


6. Refund Policy
As a general policy, Memberships are non-refundable. Refunds will only be granted if
required under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”). Requests for refunds may be made in writing and 
are at the sole discretion of the LA Rams. Change of mind, personal
circumstances (including without limitation, illness or relocation) or dissatisfaction with

the LA Rams team performance will not be considered valid grounds for requesting a refund.
Where a refund is approved by us, it will be processed using the original payment method with the 
deduction of any benefits already received (including event access or
merchandise). Refunds shall be processed within thirty (30) days of approval of the refund.


7. Incorrect Address, Lost or Reissue of Member Packs
If a Membership pack is lost or stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided, please 
contact Membership Services at info@rams.nfl.com. The LA Rams may issue a replacement Membership 
pack which may incur a replacement/reissue/shipping fee.
8. Cancellation of Membership
We reserve our right to cancel a Member’s Membership without a refund where that
Member is deemed by us to have breached an LA Rams Policy. An LA Rams Policy includes these Terms 
and Conditions, the Fan Code of Conduct (https://www.therams.com/game- day/code-of-conduct) and any 
other LA Rams policies published by us from time to time.
If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership, an email should be sent to Membership Services to 
info@rams.nfl.com. As a general policy, Memberships are non-refundable.
9. Variation to LA Rams Membership Terms and Conditions
You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time at

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms 
and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your
responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to 
our Membership benefits following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance 
of those changes.
10. Members’ Privacy
We collect and store personal information for the purposes of administering Memberships and 
providing the relevant services. This information includes (without limitation):
a) contact details, including but not limited to: name, address, email, phone; and
b) payment information.
Personal information of Members will not be disclosed to third parties except:

a) as required by law;
b) to trusted service providers (without limitation; ticketing agents and payment processors) 
engaged by the LA Rams; or
c) with the Member’s express consent.

11. Code of Conduct
At the LA Rams, we are dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for 
everyone involved with our club. This includes our Members, supporters, suppliers, volunteers, 
contractors, sponsors, corporate partners, and their guests. We strive to ensure that everyone 
involved in all of our activities uphold our values and contributes positively to the LA Rams’ 
reputation and the spirit of NFL.
In all interactions with the LA Rams, including games, events, functions, or on social media, 
individuals must:
1.  Act as Ambassadors: Represent the LA Rams and the NFL in accordance with our club values of 
inclusivity, equality, perseverance in the face of adversity, and
inspiring positive change. All Members should conduct themselves in a manner that positively 
reflects on our club, the NFL, and the sport of football.
2. Show Respect: Treat everyone—including match officials, venue staff, security, players, 
supporters, and club employees—with respect. Honour the rights and worth of every person, 
regardless of gender, race, colour, religion, language, politics, national or ethnic origin, or 
choice of NFL team.
3. Reject Violence and Prevent Discrimination: Avoid any form of violence,
discrimination, harassment, or abuse. This includes refraining from using foul or abusive language, 
insults, threats, offensive gestures, and wearing clothing that is obscene, inflammatory or 
offensive in nature.
4.  Respect Venue Conditions: Abide by all conditions of entry for LA Rams or NFL venues or events. 
Entry to games and/or events is subject to the venue terms of entry, which may include security 
screenings, prohibited items, and health and safety directions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a Membership at any time if it is determined that the 
Member has breached the LA Rams values, policies, or Codes of Conduct. This
policy ensures that all Members uphold the standards and principles that are integral to the LA 
Rams’ identity and community. Such actions are taken to maintain a respectful and supportive 
environment for everyone involved with the club. Once a Membership is cancelled, all entitlements 
and benefits associated with that Membership are revoked.
12. General
The LA Rams will not be held liable to any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these 
Terms if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This may 
include (without limitation); fire, flood, natural disaster, pandemic, acts of God, government 
restrictions, war, terrorism or failure or utilities or communications. Where
possible, the LA Rams will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of such events on Members.
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Membership or Services shall be 
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and
the State of California, United States.
